No cats or fish ( borrowed off in laws) were harmed in the photo taking, children definitely not harmed because I never ever would hear the end of it!!

with new and unimproved night time photos, esp the first cant see any of the texture of the page. – hopefully will swap them out tomorrow but cant promise it.

Well our routine app went very non routine very quickly. We went in on Friday at 10:30, at 11:30 people were discussing things and we were being boosted in front of ultrasound queues etc. Ill do the proper story later but for now
Cooper Jett born at 5:40 pm on the 9th of Jan 2009 after a 39 minute labour and 1 minute of pushing ( whilst six million doctors rushed in!)

Showing his angel wings birth mark at 24 hours
title says it all really. Have app tomorrow to discuss my options. Rod goes back to work on monday. Sick of limbo.
Im a plan woman, Im much happier when i have a plan for the big things in life. I had my app today and the next one is in the post dates – but they wont let me have an app in there before the Friday he goes back to work and the induction would be the 13th as they dont like to go more then 40 +10. Rod is supervisor first week back and we are not sure how much leave he has left. Whilst its nice he gets christmas off every year, because he is forced to use his holiday pay over this time it can be a huge PAIN IN THE ARSE!!!!!!!!! I know Kooka belly will hopefully be here before then, but i woudl be much more comfortable with a better plan just in case. Its like a safety net for me.
I am 4010 weeks pregnant, and far to comfortable for this stage. Copper is never coming out and Rod has to go back to work on the 12th ( his work shuts down over christmas and so he is forced to take holidays then). Please make an appearance child! What are you waiting for!!!!!
Had luck turning a OP presentation baby?? or want to share their op birth?
Life is just plain wonderful
Joshua ( though maybe permanently stained blue from a paint skirmish party he attended this afternoon) is a great kid who gives me no ounces of trouble even though he is nine and a pre – teen. I have no hesitation in trusting him at all.
Tyler who can some times occasionally give me ounces of trouble, is still remarkably good for a three year old and has made the transition of moving to his own bed wonderfully and went to sleep with out any hassle tonight. He brings me flowers and gives me kisses, and is just plain cute.
Rod, my poor man, who tries hard to be perfect, dealt with the bed times and teeth brushing so I could watch the series final of packed to the rafters and ignored my suggestion of taking a peachie with him to work, because he knew I would like one latter today.
Kooka Belly who even though is very uncomfortable ( 35 weeks!!), is the gift of a third son, who after 2 years of trying i thought I couldn’t have.
My Mumma who is landing about now from France – with a copy of Maree Clair Ideas for me. My wonderful supportive Aunt deb has gone to get her
and I have great friends and terrific family out there, including my wonderful Dad and brother Davy, who I don’t get to see enough of, that are a tremendous support.
Plus even though I lack chocolate and more Peachie, I have books from the library so am no longer starving for something to read. and I had my kid free day today with my writing class.
Why is your life sometimes perfect?
My Self ( now back to being brunette), My Mumma ( who now lives in France), My sister ( who now lives in London)
a billion years ago at Joshies 5th birthday.
Sunday was my day I decided. My day to play with some paint and do some stenciling. So after a lovely all you can eat buffet breakfast, and a bit of a lay about to let my stuffed heart burning belly recover, I went and got all my supplies ready, after I had everything since the last time.
Nope I did not! No contact paper! ( Freezer paper is to much a pain to track down here!). I eventually settled with a glue stick smudge around the edges and did it on some Op shop onesies so I could just test it out.
Not happy with the final results. Slight bleeding around the edges and I didnt press hard enough in places so I could avoid more bleeding so it just does not look right. Oh well.

Then I tried my hand at some iron on applique, meh, Hopefully the embroidery I still have to add will help.
( a blurry shot of the image I chose)

Then I remembered I had Image transfer goo, I chose a really cute picture of a donkey with Ice cream from a chipmunks ( not the Alvin style – retro golden book style). Whist wiping of the paper off the next day the prints colours bleed over the edges and now it has framed the print with muck.
The only thing I was remotely happy with was these teeny tiny pair of jammie shorts I tried from a japenese pattern I found online. This is just in tester fabric, from some I have to make sheets in so I didn’t try to match it up, but I don’t mind it as summer pjs for when Kook is a bit bigger. thinking of doing a matching singlet with applique square that has the bunny in it

So next time, contact and t-shirt transfers.
Today much happier though, did some writing I was happy with in my course and am working on a sweet little headband for a little girl, and a couple for me to put in the hospital bag.
