Tomorrow is my second writing class. All week Josh has been saying do you want to do our homework together Mum?

He finds it amazing that I have homework as well, and keeps asking what I have to do. He likes the idea that my home work is writing a  story and doing some drawings.

Speaking of stories. Josh has been writing the most amazing story. It is a chapter story called

Quest to Save the World

It is about Tyler and Joshua fighting all these bad things ( dragons, giants, grizzly bears – they started to fight the polar bear but stopped in time so they could ride it instead.) to save the castle.

No sewing got done last week. I have been incredibly slack and still haven’t sewn his library bag, so I’m going to try and sneak it in between getting home tomorrow and Tyler getting home from Nan and pops. Wish me luck. I also want to do http://blog.creativekismet.com/2007/10/27/pillowcase-tote-tutorial/

It will be perfect for carrying my writing books.

I started my Creative Writing course today. I loved every second of it. It was just what I needed. We did some writing exercises in class, and I have some homework. I definitely needed this for my self.

We did a exercise and I actually started crying while reading it out – actually Im a bit embaressed about that. I think it will be good for me though.
I hope the art class will be just as good.
Do you want to hear something naughty?
I drew on the walls. My bedroom wall was just staring at me, so with some of my chalks I drew. (I didnt mind if it didnt come off properly ( for those not in the know we brought our very first house last nov) cause its still to painted.) It did and I will draw on my bedroom walls again.
Joshua asked if he could draw on his walls, so I agreed as long as Tyler wasnt around, as we have just had discussions about that – though it was in my hallway with permanent marker. Joshua has my mothers genes. He is pure artist. He is most happyiest when drawing, and his amazing imagination lets him be so creative. He is 9 in may, I really hope he can hold on to his imagination as he grows.
